Policy and Communications Advisor

Rowan joined the team in 2025 as Transporting New Zealand’s Policy and Communications Advisor. With a Master of Climate Change Science and Policy from Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington and a Bachelor of Communications from AUT, she supports the Policy team with research and initiatives focused on workforce development and environmental sustainability.

Outside of the office, Rowan enjoys getting out into nature, playing piano, live music, and spending time with friends and family.
