An on-time arrival is calculated as truck arrival within window.

1 x 30 min slot prior to booked slot and 2 x 30 mins slots after booked slot, an expired charge is for all transactions between 0600 and 2000 Mon – Fri where the transaction has not been processed 4 hours after completion of the on-time window

This fee will apply when a transport operator presents at Napier Port without a valid booking and the Gatehouse team are
required to manually process the container(s).

Charged per container to Trucking Companies for all Road R&D movements via VBS. Applies to Lyttelton Container Terminal, CityDepot and MidlandPort (empties)

Charged per booking when the truck arrives within half an hour after the booked time zone

Charged for any booking that is listed at any time
